Summary:
Directs clinical program operations and promotes quality services for patients and the community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain policies for quality patient care.
Monitor patient outcomes using advanced techniques.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables.
Assist in interpreting nursing service policies to staff and community.
Create care plans, schedules, budgets, and conduct home care meetings.
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
RN License in the state of employment or compact.
