Job Description

Join our Early Intervention programs, providing essential services to families with children aged birth to 3 years facing developmental delays. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and FFS positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
• Participate in assessments, screenings, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with community providers for continuity of care.
• Coordinate services for assigned caseloads, including Individual Family Service Plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology with relevant licensure.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
