Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in their home environment, following organizational policies. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering skilled nursing care per physician’s orders and documenting all actions and client health status.
• Administering medications and conducting health assessments.
• Educating clients on self-care and safety measures.
• Supervising caregivers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Participating in staff training and meetings.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, relevant experience, and a current state license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Salary: $35.00/hour.
