Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: Ohio Region – Openings in Canton, Akron, Cleveland, Toledo, Cincinnati, and Dayton.

Role Description: Seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment. Focus on quality care over service volume, with opportunities for new graduates and potential for Center Medical Director roles.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients.
• Oversee primary care administration.
• Prescribe medications.
• Maintain electronic medical records.
• Collaborate to meet health quality goals.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. Graduate.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active State License and DEA License.
