RN, Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating independence and awareness of patient needs. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while addressing the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families. The role requires effective medication administration, documentation, and patient education.

Core Competencies:

• Utilizes critical thinking and develops individualized care plans.
• Facilitates patient flow and discharge processes.
• Plans and evaluates nursing care within a unit.
• Ensures patient safety and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN License and BLS certification required.

Work schedule varies; full-time position available.
