We are seeking a part-time Supervising Physical Therapist for our skilled nursing facilities in State College and Orbisonia, PA. The position requires at least 3 days a week (20-29 hours) and offers a full-time split salaried option.

**Duties:**

Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

Provide hands-on therapy to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.

Educate patients and families on self-care techniques.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

Maintain detailed patient records.

**Experience:**

Preferred experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings.

Familiarity with medical terminology.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
