Summary:
Provides physical therapy services, including patient evaluation, goal setting, program planning, and treatment per physician’s orders. Maintains records, directs support staff, and ensures compliance with departmental policies.
Responsibilities:
Adheres to administrative and departmental policies, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
Restores patient independence through ethical physical therapy practices.
Communicates effectively within and between departments to meet goals.
Maintains documentation as per departmental standards.
Ensures safety and maintenance of therapeutic equipment.
Requirements:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred.
Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.
Entry-level or any experience in physical therapy accepted.
Current Texas registration and BCLS certification required.
Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
