Position Summary: Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all applicable laws and standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
• Active state license in good standing
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care
• CPR certification required

Essential Functions:

• Follow and modify treatment plans
• Oversee care provided by support staff
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
• Exhibit excellent customer service
