RN – Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct nursing care and support the well-being of residents. The position offers a salary range of $34.01 – $46.02 per hour, with sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time roles.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing care provided by Nursing Assistants
• Assist with direct resident care as needed
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Ensure compliance with care plans and documentation
• Maintain medication safety and storage

Qualifications:

• Current RN license required
• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with residents and staff
