The RN – Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient care and directing nursing staff to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. This role requires autonomous practice within professional standards and compliance with nursing regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with patient assignments and supervising nursing care.
  • Facilitating communication within the department and resolving conflicts.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining knowledge of evidence-based practices.
  • Mentoring new staff and providing educational programs.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and serving as a liaison among healthcare teams.

    • Qualifications include a college degree (BSN preferred), a valid RN license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Supervisory experience and certifications in BLS and ACLS are also desired.
