Substance Abuse Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to join our outpatient treatment center specializing in opioid use disorder. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and provides an opportunity to earn supervision hours for CSAC eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and case management services
• Maintain a caseload per state regulations
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Prepare aftercare transition plans for patients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Must be CSAC or eligible for CSAC supervision
