Job Description

We are seeking a Relief Licensed Veterinary Technician with availability on Mondays to join our team. This role can be full-time or part-time, focusing on providing skilled care to patients and exceptional service to clients. Ideal candidates should have experience in animal care, client communication, and veterinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Update clients on patient status and provide care instructions.
• Client Education: Inform clients about preventative medicine and financial policies.
• Animal Handling: Assist in medical procedures and monitor patients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records.
• Safety: Follow safety guidelines and perform technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) certification.
• Compassionate animal handling skills.
• Knowledge of common diseases and safety guidelines.

Salary: $25 – $35 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
