Position Summary: Seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in the Greater Phoenix Area to oversee behavior therapists and ensure high-quality autism services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
• Manage a team of behavior therapists, providing leadership and guidance.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and current state licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
• Preferred: 1+ year supervising behavior therapists.
