> REF:#1d3857cee652d672The Music Therapist provides music therapy services under the guidance of a clinical supervisor or director, following an individualized care plan.
- Conducts assessments to determine therapy effectiveness and appropriateness.
- Utilizes music therapy interventions to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.
- Supports patients with relaxation, communication, and anticipatory grief.
- Maintains clinical records and reports patient responses to treatment.
- Participates in interdisciplinary education and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy and preferred MT-BC certification. The hourly pay range is $21.50-$27.50, with potential benefits.
