We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, offering a sign-on bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to assigned patients. Administer and record medications and treatments. Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures. Support and educate patients and families on health care. Collaborate with team members in planning and evaluating care. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Monitor and report patients’ vital signs and conditions. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Assist with unit management as needed. Qualifications: 1 year of RN experience (preferred). Valid RN licensure (required).
