Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAR)

Job Description

This position offers a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus and a competitive wage of $22.35 – $24.20 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and nights. We are looking for a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to provide hands-on care for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. The role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and documenting in electronic medical records. The schedule includes 75 hours over two weeks, evening shifts, and every other weekend and holiday. Full benefits are provided, including medical, dental, and education scholarships.

Qualifications:

• Active on MN Nursing Assistant registry by start date.
• Preferred experience with diverse and geriatric populations.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
