We are seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical personnel, ensuring high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing case referrals and assigning hospice staff
• Assisting in care plan development and coordinating interdisciplinary care
• Conducting record reviews and supervising clinical personnel
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
