ABA Therapist RBT

Job Description

We are seeking passionate and motivated ABA Therapists to join our team, specializing in trauma-informed, play-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Positions are available at our centers in Avon, Highland Heights, Solon, and Akron, Ohio.

Duties:

• Work 1:1 or 1:2 with children aged 18 months to 12 years
• Implement ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, full-time (35 hours/week), 9:00-3:30 schedule.

Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with children, and openness to feedback. On-the-job training provided.
