Position: Certified Surgical Technician

Department: Menino Operating Room (Inpatient Surgery)

Schedule: 40 Hours, Day/Night, Every 3rd Weekend, Call Required

Sign-On Bonus:

  • $10,000 for candidates with over 1 year of multi-specialty experience
  • $5,000 for candidates with less than 1 year or single specialty experience

    • Position Summary: Provides patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and aseptic environment. Responsibilities include prepping rooms, transporting patients, passing instruments, and assisting surgical staff.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.

    Certification: Surgical Technician certification required.

    Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous surgical tech experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
