Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

Join a dedicated nursing team at a state-of-the-art facility with a $25,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials ($3.00 for PM, $1.00 for night shifts). Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available across day, PM, and night schedules, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate resident care.
• Document resident information electronically.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure compliance with nursing policies.

Skills Required:

• PICC line care, IV administration, wound care.
• Monitoring blood sugars and administering medications.
• LPN license required; new graduates welcome.
