> REF:#1bc5876891cf1fb6We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support services, including assessments, program planning, and clinical services for consumers and their families. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
- Monitoring treatment plans and collecting data to evaluate effectiveness.
- Educating and supporting families on behavioral strategies.
- Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Qualifications include a Doctoral or Masters degree in a related field, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
