Job Description

Join our Early Intervention programs, providing essential services to families with children aged birth to 3 with developmental delays. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model.
• Participate in assessments and home visits.
• Collaborate with community providers.
• Coordinate Individual Family Service Plans.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in Massachusetts.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Office365 and technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
