Overview:

Seeking ICU experienced Registered Nurses with limited weekend requirements and self-scheduling options. Weekend shifts vary based on RN experience:

• 0-4 years: 4 shifts
• 4-10 years: 3 shifts
• 10-15 years: 2 shifts
• 15+ years: No shifts

Compensation: Pay ranges from $32.61 to $49.28, with additional night and weekend differentials. Comprehensive benefits include BCBS medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with a 5% match.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan
• BLS certification required
• Preferred: BSN and experience in a healthcare setting
