Job Description

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN III) is responsible for executing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation, while ensuring quality communication and teamwork. Key duties include directing patient teaching, coordinating health team activities, and maintaining professional nursing standards. RN III must complete yearly competencies, assume Charge Nurse responsibilities, and participate in departmental initiatives. They are also required to validate patient satisfaction and engage in peer reviews.
