Job Description

Position: School Nurse (RN)

Location: Watertown, SD

Employment Type: Long-term, Temporary (13-week assignment)

Pay Rate: $40-$47/hr

Shifts: Monday–Friday, School Hours (No weekends or major holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student with specific medical needs.
• Assist with ventilator and trach care, administer medications, and perform g-tube feedings.
• Collaborate with therapists and school staff to support IEP requirements.
• Maintain documentation and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (state or compact).
• Trach and ventilator experience required.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred; new RNs welcome.
