RN – Baptist Trauma Med Surg – Days

Job Description

An opportunity exists for an RN in Oklahoma City, OK, working days from 7a-7p with the Trauma Med Surg Team. Responsibilities include managing and delivering patient care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and supervising staff. The position may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available for qualified applicants, along with an enhanced benefits package including front-loaded PTO and paid family leave.

Job Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or multistate license.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication in English.
