RN (Registered Nurse)

Job Description

We are seeking positive and energetic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a Residential Treatment Center for adolescents facing emotional issues due to trauma. RNs will utilize critical thinking to provide safe, quality care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Compensation: Up to $45.00 hourly (including shift differentials) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Hours: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with PRN schedules available.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1+ years of nursing experience, psychiatric preferred

Skills Required:

• Effective communication and documentation
• Knowledge of medications
• Ability to organize work and interact with residents aged 11-17
• Sound clinical judgment
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass background/drug screening
