Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Description

ProHealth Partners, Inc. is seeking Full Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) in Monroe County, MI, to provide care for homebound patients. Candidates must possess a current Michigan state license and a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily communication with office staff for patient intake and paperwork.
• Maintaining open communication with patients and home health agencies.
• Collaborating with the Lead Occupational Therapist for patient management.
• Delivering in-home therapy services and educating patients and caregivers.
• Attending team meetings as needed.

Preferred qualifications include home healthcare experience and strong communication skills.
