Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

Experience:

• Acute care experience preferred
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy and specialized techniques
• Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Experience in home health and with geriatric patients is desirable
• Ability to accept cases in surrounding areas (Menifee, Murrieta, etc.)
