We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team, offering both full-time and part-time positions with shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM. Compensation ranges from $36 to $44 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Responsibilities:
Assess and document residents’ health status.
Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
Coordinate care with community providers.
Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
Current LPN license and CPR certification.
Graduate of an approved LPN program.
1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
