- Assessing patients’ nutritional status and developing care plans based on medical history and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate nutrition interventions.
- Providing nutrition education and counseling to patients and families.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and training new staff.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field, completion of an accredited dietetic internship, and eligibility for RDN licensure in North Carolina.
