We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities, offering flexible assignments to fit your schedule and a “choose the way you earn” model. Enjoy remote onboarding, daily updates, and support for independent work setups. Responsibilities include providing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and delivering quality therapy for patients with various conditions.

• Hourly Pay: W2 $46-$48, 1099 $57-$61
• Requirements: NYS OT License, BLS Certification, EMR competence
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, and more
