This position offers a unique opportunity for growth as a therapist in a supportive environment focused on addiction and mental health treatment for young men. Located in Huachuca City, AZ, the role involves managing a personalized caseload and engaging with students through various activities, including outdoor expeditions and equine therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or Chemical Dependency.
  • Minimum of two years of counseling/therapy experience, preferably with chemical dependency.
  • 12-step experience is a plus; CADAC certification preferred.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy to students, families, and groups.
  • Facilitate workshops and attend team meetings.
  • Participate in expeditions with students and staff.

    • Relocation assistance is negotiable. The position is full-time with a starting salary of $50,000 and includes various benefits.
