Job Description

Job Summary: The Nurse operates independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, addressing psychological and social needs, administering treatments, and documenting care provided.

Core Competencies:

• Utilizes the nursing process effectively.
• Facilitates patient flow and discharge planning.
• Oversees nursing unit operations during shifts.
• Ensures patient safety and quality care compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification and RN license required.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
