ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, a 142-bed facility in Washington, NC, is seeking a full-time RN for its Central Staffing float pool. The role offers a starting pay of $32/hr and up to a $30K commitment incentive. Responsibilities include providing and coordinating nursing care per established standards, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient-centered outcomes. Candidates must have a nursing diploma or higher, a current NC RN license, and AHA Basic Life Support certification. The position involves night shifts (36 hrs/week) with opportunities to float to Med/Surg, ICU, and ED, plus an additional $5/hr after orientation.
