Job Description

Wesley on Grand, a premier senior living community in Des Moines, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to residents. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting health assessments and developing individualized care plans (1:20 ratio).
• Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Providing direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams and supervising CNAs.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and offering emotional support to residents and families.

Shifts available: Days (6am-6pm), Weekend Package (Friday-Sunday), and Overnights (6pm-6am). Starting pay ranges from $31.43 to $39.60/hour, with sign-on bonuses and shift differentials.
