Job Description

Citizens Medical Center is hiring 10 RN Night Positions for a new General Med/Surg Unit. The staff RN will report to the Unit Manager and be responsible for patient care, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with healthcare team members. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and ensuring patient rights and safety. Charge nurses will coordinate unit activities and manage staffing based on patient needs. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a current Texas RN license and relevant certifications.
