We are seeking a Licensed Clinic Director for a Care Coordination Program focused on enhancing the lives of seniors in various living environments. This role combines therapy and care coordination, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while enjoying flexible scheduling and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care in compliance with regulations.
• Provide therapy services and operational support to rehabilitation teams.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP.
• Active state licensure and ASHA certification for SLPs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Management experience preferred.
