Position Summary: The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, while collaborating with healthcare team members. Continuous education and skill development are essential.

Education, License & Cert: Candidates must be licensed LPNs in New York and Pennsylvania, with IV therapy curriculum completion or a commitment to complete it post-hire. CPR certification is also required.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with RNs and communicate patient observations.
  • Assist in patient data collection and care planning.
  • Demonstrate nursing skills within the scope of practice.
  • Document patient conditions accurately and timely.
  • Engage in lifelong learning and performance improvement activities.

    • Other Duties: Maintain a clean work environment and assist colleagues as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time, with a pay range of $21.00 – $32.41 per hour and various benefits including health and dental insurance.
