The Violence Intervention and Prevention Senior Clinician provides clinical services to clients at risk of violence, including mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, and family). Responsibilities also include timely documentation and advocacy for the program through inter-agency coordination.

Job Duties / Essential Functions:

  • Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Identify client issues and assist in setting and achieving goals.
  • Deliver therapy that aligns with client objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards.

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a Human Services field.
  • Two years of experience in Human Services.
  • Preferred experience with emotionally challenged individuals and at-risk youth.

    • Job Type: Full-time, Contract

    Pay: From $45,000 per year

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
