Hearthstone, located in Pella, Iowa, is a community offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, rehabilitation, and nursing care. The focus is on enhancing residents’ lives through engagement and compassion within a household model of 16 residents.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Conducting health monitoring and administering medications.
  • Facilitating recreational activities.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicating effectively with residents and healthcare teams.

    • Current openings include full-time and part-time positions across all shifts. Compensation ranges from $16.35 to $18.45/hour, with additional bonuses and benefits available.
