Job Summary: The RN Nurse Supervisor oversees direct care nursing staff, ensuring excellence in client care and adherence to nursing standards. This role includes managing unit coverage, coordinating patient care, and providing leadership to nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and evaluate patient care in collaboration with team members.
Update care plans based on patient condition changes.
Ensure comprehensive nursing assessments are completed within eight hours of admission.
Administer medications and manage medical equipment.
Conduct staff scheduling and participate in staff training and mentoring.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
Minimum three years of RN experience; behavioral health experience preferred.
Valid RN license required.
