Job Description

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Caregiver

Hours: Part-Time, 8-hour shifts, 2-3 times per week

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of practice
• Hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver’s License
