> REF:#12c52da813eec137We are seeking a fully licensed BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for our Youth ABA line of business. This hybrid position involves conducting in-person assessments and remote supervision. Our holistic approach supports individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental illness through evidence-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and communicate progress with stakeholders.
- Coordinate home visits and ensure effective program implementation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Organize staff training and provide continued support for individuals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and BCBA licensure required.
- Two or more years of experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
