HYBRID BCBA – BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

Job Description

We are seeking a fully licensed BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for our Youth ABA line of business. This hybrid position involves conducting in-person assessments and remote supervision. Our holistic approach supports individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental illness through evidence-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Coordinate home visits and ensure effective program implementation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Organize staff training and provide continued support for individuals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and BCBA licensure required.
• Two or more years of experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
