Job Description

This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $35,000 for a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting. The RN will ensure safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. Candidates should possess a current RN license, with a BSN preferred, and at least one year of experience, or be a graduate of the NLRN Program. Essential functions include patient assessment, care planning, advocacy, and professional development. Proficiency in IT and teamwork skills are required.
