We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at 6001 Research Park Blvd, Madison, WI. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend shifts. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients with sleep disorders, including follow-up visits for sleep apnea patients.

  • Education: NP requires a Master’s or Doctorate; PA requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s from an accredited program.
  • Preferred experience: 3 years in relevant clinical areas.
  • Licenses: Wisconsin NP or PA licensure, active DEA license, and board certification required.
