Team Rehabilitation is seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to join their network of outpatient clinics across several states. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Candidates should be passionate about patient care and committed to achieving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent healthcare and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Evaluating new patients and developing personalized care plans.
• Setting measurable goals and educating patients on treatment options.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Documenting patient evaluations and progress accurately.
• Participating in research and contributing to clinic policies.

Qualifications include a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy and a valid license. The position offers a salary of $75,000 – $90,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
