> REF:#118082de752b92a1This position involves microscopically evaluating gynecological and nongynecological cytologic preparations, communicating significant findings to pathologists, and ensuring accurate reporting of results for diverse patient demographics. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, complete a CAAHEP accredited Cytotechnology program, and preferably possess at least one year of cytology experience. Key skills include the ability to screen 60-80 slides daily, make diagnostic decisions, and assist in fine needle aspiration procedures. CT (ASCP) certification is required within one year of hire.
