Summary:
The Perioperative Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care to surgical patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Effective communication with patients, staff, and medical providers is essential. The role requires delivering quality care safely and efficiently, considering the developmental age of patients from infants to older adults.

Requirements:
– One year of recent surgical experience
– Five years of surgical scrub experience
– Current Louisiana RN License
– Current BLS Card
– ACLS Certification

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6 am-3 pm with rotating call
