We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead the implementation of organization-wide initiatives and provide research-informed treatment for individuals with serious mental health diagnoses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and listening skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a commitment to collaboration with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing resident treatment plans across multiple locations
  • Collaborating on organization-wide initiatives
  • Implementing research-based interventions
  • Training clinical staff and providing supervision
  • Participating in admissions and clinical rounds

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a human services field
  • Clinical license required
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
